They crafted a beautiful bouquet of flowers and delivered them to my hotel. I don't speak Spanish but they were more than happy to accommodate my request and made my girlfriend a very happy lady. The whole process was easy, stress free and very professional. Would highly recommend for a special occasion or an out of the blue surprise
