This spa was an absolute disaster from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, they demanded we had sandals and towels—no prior warning whatsoever—and then slapped us with an extortionate charge of three euros each for these pathetic excuse towels—they were basically disposable napkins. The sauna was a joke, just a wooden box with a restaurant heater inside—no temperature controls at all. The cold plunge wasn’t cold, and the steam room only worked if you stood on the seats—pathetic. They even forced us to wear hair nets like we were in some cheap factory. The massage was a total joke— masseuse wore gloves, which is completely unprofessional and frankly bizarre.

To make it worse, when we tried to discuss the unfair towel and sandal charges, the staff were outright rude. We pointed out we weren’t informed, but the woman just argued with us and forced us to pay anyway. This was a complete scam. Save your money and stay far, far away.

The place feels like Disney world fake. The hot water is not hot, the cold water is not cold to have any benefits. The small jacuzzis has very weak Jets and the infrared red sauna is dated and run down.
And the place is dotted with useless dated water features.
All in all, the place smell of chloride and the water use has no health benefits.
Finally, I had booked a massage, but upon meeting the massage “therapist” I didn’t felt like being touch by someone who has no heart in what she is doing. So I left disappointed..

We really enjoyed our time in the baths, we have not ever been to baths like these before so cannot make comparisons. The leg massage was great and definitely worth getting, though there was definitely an unpleasant smell from the massage table which has meant I have dropped the score to 4 instead of 5. The sauna, hot tubs etc were not as hot as in the UK but were still lovely. I especially loved the scented steam room and the hot beds next to them. The beds in the jacuzzi pool were lovely too and the crushed ice very refreshing. We didn't have any tea, only remembered about it after we left. Unsure where it was. We went at 4pm on a Monday and it was quite quiet, was getting busier when we left. We would definitely go again when we next return to Ronda. Great value for money.

I was looking forward to going until I read the reviews, come on people, you can do better than this. A unique site and attraction but badly managed? What a great shame.

Simple place. It has a small variety of options, which aren't very cold nor very hot.
The pseudo sauna and the turkish bath were the best options for me.
It is quite small but they only seem to allow 6 people per shift.

The Relaxing massage is a pretty standard and simple one. Don't expect too much.

It is OK if you want to spend a morning in a mini SPA.

I will not return.

EDIT: I suspect that most reviews (with 5) are paid or from friends.
