Highly recommend them!! I held a celebration there and everything went perfectly. They adapt to your needs and the service is superb. I have to give a special mention to Maite, who handled all the party planning, and to Paqui, who was always very attentive and pleasant. All my guests were delighted. The venue is beautiful.
I hope to work with this team for future celebrations.

Now that a few months have passed, I'm going to share my experience… don't be fooled by the terrace and the photos. I celebrated my son's First Communion there, and in the months leading up to it, it was incredibly difficult to contact the organizer. She wouldn't answer, she'd read your message and then leave you on read… that's when my doubts about the venue began. My doubts were confirmed on the day of the Communion when, instead of working, she was at the fair. She left us with a young woman who was utterly ashamed of what was happening. She disappeared… A few days before, we arranged everything for the menu and extras, and NOTHING was as good as what I received on the day of the communion. The first course of appetizers was already different… I feared the worst, and that's exactly what the entire service was like: half-empty plates, clumps of food from who-knows-when, raw food, mixed-up sauces, children's menus that arrived almost an hour and a half late, four waiters for 150 people, and the coffees weren't even served… They poured whatever they felt like at the open bar, bottles I hadn't ordered.

If you add to all this the pathetic dessert table they set up, without a single balloon or communion decoration, don't even look at the photos because nothing is real. The hall is filthy, the candy tables and balloons are fake. Torn and dirty tablecloths, dirty chairs… a complete mess! Now for the worst and most despicable part: I hired a chocolate fountain that never worked. The chocolate wouldn't flow up the fountain because, according to them, it wasn't working because the air conditioning was on… pathetic! But they still charged me for it. No one was able to tell me not to pay because it didn't work. They charged me every last euro, even without including all the extras like the water I ordered for the children or the soft drinks.

I could write more, but I CAN ONLY TELL YOU NOT TO LEAVE SUCH A SPECIAL DAY IN THEIR HANDS because THEY WILL RUIN IT. That said… thank goodness for Javier… the poor guy ate everything, and if it hadn't been for him, it would have been a nightmare.

I attended a communion celebration upstairs. The venue is very nice, although it could use some maintenance; for example, the men's restroom doesn't have a lock or latch. On the other hand, the service was a bit chaotic. The same waiters who were serving our event were also serving events downstairs, so there were times when there wasn't a single waiter in the room. The children's table was served quite late; they should have been the first to eat, but they weren't. The main course was sirloin steak, which was a bit undercooked in most dishes (which was fine for me; I like it rare), but when I asked them to cook it a little longer, the response was, "We can't, we can find a better-done one and replace it," an unacceptable response. Please take note of these shortcomings and address them. Events cost money, and if the customer needs the meat cooked a little more, simply do it, don't say no. And regarding the lack of waiters, if you had hired two or three more waiters, there wouldn't have been any staffing problems, especially at coffee time.

To begin with, the appetizers were extremely limited, the salad was stale, the sirloin steak was frozen, the mayonnaise was two years past its expiration date, we waited almost three hours for the first course to arrive cold, the potatoes were raw, and the sirloin steak was undercooked. My son ordered from the children's menu, arriving two hours late, and there was no dessert or ice cream. At least it tasted good, but I found the whole experience unacceptable. The waiters were friendly and attentive, but the rest left much to be desired.

They're terrible, I don't recommend them. We were impressed by the decor, but the quality and service are awful. They don't solve anything, and once the event is underway, you're left with no other option. There are much better places in every way, even if the decor isn't the same.
