The worst insurance broker in Malaga. I filed a claim with them through their advisor, and it was a disaster. They offer no help whatsoever; they simply wash their hands of the matter. It took them six or seven months, or even more, to respond, only to tell me they wouldn't cover it. Initially, they very politely told me I was right and that if I didn't take legal action, it was clear I wouldn't be involved. After having to contact them every two weeks myself—because they simply don't help or communicate anything—they clearly don't care about your service.

I will never use them again, nor will I use Allianz. The worst insurance broker. I don't recommend them. If you have any problems, you're on your own.

The person who runs it is a great professional. He gives you a quick comparison and clearly explains which insurance policy might be more advantageous, since not everything depends on price. You have to analyze in detail the coverage of each policy. He explains it clearly and simply. He's a completely honest professional. Even if you have something better than what he can offer, he'll tell you.
The advantage I see is that any problem you have, you can call him and he'll handle it for you. You don't have to deal with apps and talk to automated voicemails, which sometimes makes it impossible to get help. Most of you know what I mean.
