This insurance company is a zero-star experience. My bathroom has been flooded since the beginning of the month due to a burst pipe in the apartment above, and they've shown no sign of fixing it. The plumber who came was very good and controlled the leak, but the claims adjuster only made the situation worse. He should come down off his high horse and show some humility and empathy. I absolutely do not recommend this insurance company.

I'm giving it one star, and only because I can't give it zero. It was a terrible experience with this insurance company; they're completely unprofessional. They tell you they're going to come for a burst pipe, then they never show up, and when they do arrive, they only make the problem worse. The supposed adjuster was the most arrogant and incompetent person I've ever met, even going so far as to say the burst pipe seemed fake. They don't even have a leak detector; that's an extra expense. I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone.
