Alice was recommended to me by someone I know to help get all my documents organised after I moved to Spain. 1️⃣ Security Deposit Not Returned:
My security deposit was not returned under the pretext of a blocked bathroom. I find it absurd to be penalized for using the bathroom for normal bodily needs, i.e., proper and expected use of that facility. This is clearly a routine maintenance expense, which should be borne by the owner, not the tenant.

2️⃣ Inaccurate information about roommates:
I was told that the roommates were between 25 and 30 years old, but upon arrival, I discovered that they were actually between 40 and 45. I had clearly stated that the roommates' ages were an important consideration in choosing a place to live, so I found it unfair to receive inaccurate information on this point.

3️⃣ Only positive aspect:
The only positive thing is that I received help obtaining my NIE, but otherwise, I honestly wouldn't recommend it at all.

🔒 I've also been blocked on all platforms (I don't know why), which prevents me from responding or expressing my opinion transparently.

❌ Overall, a very negative experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
