Great! They sent my order overnight and it arrived in perfect condition.

I bought a dress online and it arrived very quickly, but according to their return policy, I had to return it within 24 hours. I told them it was a holiday the next day, but they still insisted I had to return it. I tried on the dress at 6 pm and by 7:15 pm I was already dropping it off at the post office. Imagine my surprise when, a few days later, the store called to say the dress had arrived smelling of tobacco and sweat, with a worn tag, and that it had been worn that weekend. I explained that I had returned the dress an hour after receiving it, that I had only worn it for 10 minutes, and that I had even sent them a WhatsApp message saying so. Even so, they insisted that the dress had been worn and that I couldn't sell it like that. I sent them proof of the delivery time, the time I had taken photos of myself in the dress, the post office receipt, and even my work clock-in so they could see what time I had left. Two days later, after I wrote to them again, they issued the refund. But having to prove something that wasn't true and the ordeal they put me through... I don't know if this is standard practice to see if it works, but I wouldn't recommend anyone buy clothes here.

I needed a dress for a wedding I had on Saturday, I ordered it on Tuesday and received it on Thursday of the same week. They were incredibly helpful on WhatsApp, replying right away, and when it arrived, I couldn't have made a better purchase. 100% delighted. They have everything in the shop. It's also very charming, super clean, and everything is perfectly arranged.
The earrings were beautiful and very reasonably priced. The clutch wasn't available in the style and color I needed, but since she was going to the warehouse over the weekend to pick up merchandise, she said she would look for it. She was so dedicated, involved, kind, and so much more, that she searched for the one I needed, AND SHE FOUND IT! Even on a Saturday afternoon, she contacted me via WhatsApp to keep me updated.
