Amazing accommodations! Very friendly and helpful host, no issues with setting up the accommodations. Our entire stay exceeded all our expectations. The location was amazing. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of space. Would highly recommend to anyone looking!!

About the neighbourhood: Carretera de Cádiz
A long, mostly residential district running south-west of the centre, parallel to the coast as far as the airport boundary. It includes the neighborhoods of Huelin (with its own beach), La Princesa, Sacaba, San Andrés and the major shopping zone around the Vialia / María Zambrano train station. Vialia itself houses dozens of restaurants and the high-speed AVE service to Madrid. The area is well served by Metro Málaga (lines 1 and 2) and bus, and runs the length of the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Banderas.

The WiFi was consistently 600 Mbps, the desk area had great natural light, and the neighbourhood felt local/authentic. Atarazanas market became one of my favorite morning routines. If you’re looking for a base in Malaga, this is it.
We have worked with Alta Homes for our property in the Malaga city center and could not be happier. Revenue has almost duplicated, is predictable, and the property is immaculate. Best property manager we’ve worked with.
A fantastic experience. From the very first moment, the service was friendly and highly professional, which made everything very easy.
