I had an appointment and was seen without having to wait. The woman who helped me was very kind, explaining everything in detail, even more than I asked. I left with everything sorted out.
I received excellent service, with instructions on how to download the app to complete the renewal process, and the lady who assisted me was very kind.

I was served by a young, brunette girl, and honestly, I had to change my review from one star to five stars because she was incredibly kind, eager to help, and so pleasant. I left with a wonderful feeling, knowing I'd met a truly great person. I didn't know her at all, but I felt right at home. People like her make life so much easier and simpler. All I can say is, THANK YOU ❤️

I just accompanied my son to apply for unemployment benefits, and everything went well, to be honest. The only thing I want to highlight is the terrible and rude behavior of the security guard. An older gentleman with an arrogant and condescending attitude, he overshadowed the good work of the other employees. On the way out, I tried to leave things as they were with the guard, but he still seemed eager to cause trouble and, on top of that, was defiant and cocky. After informing the manager (on the guard's recommendation) and explaining what happened, she advised me to file a complaint with the Andalusian Employment Service (SAE), which I did immediately. I hope this complaint reaches the appropriate authorities so they can take the necessary steps and that this isn't just dismissed as a minor incident.
I went to inquire about my benefits, and the man who helped me knew absolutely nothing. I tried to find out why the amount was incorrect, and all he said was that it was automatic and done by a machine. I asked if the office couldn't calculate benefits based on my information, and he said no. Then, four SEPE (Spanish Public Employment Service) employees started discussing what to tell me, and finally, he told me no, that's what I should receive, without giving me any reason or explanation. They seem to think I can just go home knowing that even they don't know what I'm entitled to.
I left angry and frustrated, more because of the kind of treatment we're given than because of my question about the amount of my benefits.
Zero information. Zero preparation. Zero courtesy. Zero empathy.
I hope the security guard is the highest paid of them all because he's the only one who actually works there.
