Aristocrazy - El Corte Inglés Málaga

I bought a white gold ring from Aristocrazy for the price of 300 euros at the beginning of 2024 for my partner, and the ring broke less than a year later. We went to the store and they just shrugged it off therefore I told them that I wanted a complaint form and they told me to go to customer service. After having sent the complaint I received an email from them telling me that they would NOT honor the warranty and that I had to buy a new ring with a 50% discount... Avoid this store and all Ariatocrazy stores at all costs.

Don't buy anything from Aristocrazy! I placed an online order at El Corte Inglés and picked it up in store because I live nearby. The necklace wasn't what I expected, so I decided to return it. The receipt said it had to be returned to the Aristocrazy counter. I went there; at first, no one was there, but after about 10 minutes, a girl arrived. I showed her the order and the receipt and told her I wanted to return it. The girl told me they didn't handle those kinds of returns and sent me to the online order counter. I went there, and they told me the receipt clearly stated the return had to be done at the Aristocrazy counter. I explained my situation and that they had refused to accept the return there. I searched the entire floor of El Corte Inglés trying to resolve the situation because the online order counter didn't have the code for that necklace to process the return. In the end, the El Corte Inglés employees managed to refund my money and collect the order, even though they weren't obligated to do so. This was my first experience with Aristocrazy, and it will be my last. Avoid this brand!

I've always shopped at Aristocrazy in El Corte Inglés, and the service is usually excellent. That's why I found it quite disappointing that today they couldn't help me untangle a simple knot in a bracelet, nor offer a clear or alternative solution.

Furthermore, the manager was curt: she gave very superficial explanations, and when I tried to ask more, she left with a curt "yes, yes," practically cutting me off mid-sentence. The other sales assistant stayed and was polite.

If this is how their after-sales service is, I personally don't feel confident continuing to shop there, as I don't feel there's any real guarantee when a problem arises.
