This park is large and has a bike path. It's ideal for bike rides or scooter trips with the family. It also has green areas with wooden tables and benches for eating. It's really nice, and I think they allow dogs because I went with mine and no one had any problems, although I'm not sure if they're actually allowed. I didn't see any signs about it.
