I absolutely loved Jenny Park in Vélez-Málaga! The space is very well organized: a seating area, a stage, a kitchen, a play area with a trampoline, slide, and ball pit, plus an outdoor play area for children. A lovely and comfortable place for both kids and adults. I highly recommend it! 🌟

I was invited to a birthday party at that place. It's actually quite good. It's very spacious, has a ball pit, and the kitchen is pretty decent. Plus, there's easy parking in the area. Highly recommended.

1. You don't need to invite me to have my sister show me the PDF, because I've personally been a client of yours, so I'm familiar with the PDF in question.

2. Naturally, I have firsthand experience with customer service.

3. The type of vehicle your company has is not my problem, but yours. You should consider whether they're suitable in those circumstances or not. However, your response was that you didn't live there… It's not that MY SISTER told me; I was there.

And it wasn't 15 minutes. I invite you to check the time of the first and last calls. An apology would have been enough to resolve everything with a constructive review, according to your standards.
It's not pleasant for anyone that such a special day of celebration for us ended like this.

The place is in very poor condition. There are quite a few broken tiles, and children could easily cut themselves; there are even holes in the tiles. Everything is in terrible shape. The candy cart falls apart, the kitchen is disgusting to put anything on, and the refrigerator (or the bathroom) is best left unmentioned. The ball pit is filthy. The place smells like a mix of garbage and cheap air freshener. There's an excessive insistence on cash payments, which is absurd; it's clearly much easier to justify cash payments to the tax authorities. And as for the empathy of the girl who served us, it was completely lacking. For example, when she was supposed to come and collect the keys, she never showed up, and we had to leave the place open after waiting for almost half an hour. Aside from never returning, even if I'm invited to another birthday party, I absolutely would not recommend it. Cheers!

Terrible treatment by the owner.
There are many clauses in the contract (a whole Excel spreadsheet, full of ridiculous things) that you obviously have to comply with, as they carry a penalty.

For example, if you're 15 minutes late handing over the keys, it's a €15 penalty, but she kept us waiting for over half an hour to be able to return the keys and didn't care about our reasons for having to leave. This was all after 10:00 PM. If the delay had been our fault, we would clearly have had to pay.
After calling her twice and explaining that we had to leave, this woman's attitude left much to be desired. We won't be back.
