If, like us, you are not a Spanish resident and buying property in Spain for the first time, I could not recommend Avocado, and Abi, highly enough. They were always happy to answer any questions we might have had, and to do us favours that felt beyond the normal service of an estate agent. Avocado recommended a law firm to do the conveyancing and, between them, they held our hand all the way. All the fears that we had about buying property in an unfamiliar environment disappeared.
