My mother ordered a shower tray in mocha color, and when it arrived, the color was nothing like the sample she was shown. Of course, she didn't like it and demanded that I order a new one in the ACTUAL color she saw when she placed the order. They tried to convince her it was the same color, saying it was identical and that the shower tray, being larger than the sample, always appears lighter... I should point out that they should have told her this before she placed the order, not after it had already been paid for and the order placed.

Several workers have called my mother a "liar," telling her they see it as the same color... when it isn't... and their response was: "Ma'am, otherwise we'll have to put up with the shower tray ourselves..." I work in customer service, and that's not the kind of response professionals should give. Whether there was a "hero," a lack of information, or whatever, the customer is NOT TO BLAME and, of course, has the right to demand her shower tray in the color THEY initially showed her and not be stuck with what arrived.

I don't recommend this company for shower trays or tiles... she also ordered bathroom tiles and PAID for delivery to her building's entrance... her construction workers had to go down to find the delivery van, which didn't stop at the entrance but rather several meters away... The tile boxes arrived damaged and wet...

This company is very unprofessional, as they tell you that you paid for delivery to your building's entrance... which is true, but not 500 meters away... that's not delivery to your building's entrance, in my opinion. They offered no solution for the wet and damaged boxes... In short, everything seems great before you order and pay, but afterward, it's a company I don't recommend... Of course, we are filing this complaint, but we will also fill out a formal complaint form and take it to the consumer protection agency.

Among the worst quality I've ever bought, 200 meters of material and 10% of it had factory defects. Delivery was expensive and unreliable. For a little more you could go to Bricomart or your neighbor's shop, which has better quality. The manager, Rubén, was less trustworthy than Sánchez.
