About the neighbourhood: Cruz de Humilladero

Densely populated residential district just north-west of the centre, between Carretera de Cádiz and Bailén-Miraflores. It contains the main long-distance bus station, the wholesale food market (Mercado Mayorista), the football stadium La Rosaleda and several large supermarkets. The area is mainly mid-20th-century blocks of flats. Two Metro Málaga lines run through it, and the Cercanías commuter rail stops at Victoria Kent. The district is not a tourist destination but is well-connected to the centre in under 15 minutes.

I'm absolutely delighted with this company's services! They installed an automatic sliding door in my garage, and their work is impeccable. I highly recommend them!

They installed a pedestrian and car gate in different colors.

They tell me it's normal. That they don't know what they could do...
Almost €7,000 for the gate...
Not recommended at all.

May 31, 2023 I'm adding some more photos so you can see it better.

June 9, 2023 After promising that the owner would call me, I spoke with the salesperson again today. Same evasive answers.
They don't do their job well, nor do they provide good customer service... but when it came to getting paid, they certainly got paid.
"Sicily" lives up to the company's name.

I'm not going to give them 5 stars so it doesn't seem like I'm just flattering them, and because I don't yet know how their technical support is. Also, as a critic with some experience with Google Maps and Amazon Top 500, I have to be fair.

My experience has been 5 stars, but I'll give them 4 so it doesn't seem like a paid review. That said, the photos and my comment should serve as a more valid recommendation than a simple "5 stars, everything was great."

To begin with, they are the oldest company in Malaga, three generations in, and after comparing prices, they gave me the best price. Furthermore, and this is a decisive factor, while "the other company," which is currently popular and, I must say, despite the salesperson's super friendly and approachable manner, kept me waiting for a quote for months. That said, the salesperson was 100% friendly.

This company gave me a delivery time that was met, with a margin of error of barely 24/48 hours, in just 7 to 10 days. The other company quoted me about 5 weeks.

Then the best part came during the installation. As fate would have it, there was a discrepancy between the measurements of the old blind and the interior dimensions of the building, which made installing the new blind practically impossible.

The technicians were there for seven hours (they obviously stopped for lunch), and I was there with them the whole time, helping out wherever needed because they were doing me a favor. Any other company, or even any other installer, would have done the logical thing: leave and pass the buck to the factory to have the blind cut.

Those two installers adjusted it centimeter by centimeter on each side until the blind would fit. It was a nightmare (it was a nightmare for us). It was a long and very stressful day for me. Despite that, the older, more experienced technician kept encouraging me, saying every so often, "Relax, if it can be fixed, we'll fix it. It's all a matter of patience and taking it one step at a time." What a pair of professionals! A company is nothing without a great team behind it.

Both the local sales representative, who treated me incredibly kindly and provided personalized follow-up, and the third-generation company manager were friendly, reassuring, and provided clear information at all times.

I'm very happy. I chose them mainly because when I was a child, my parents had a garage door with the "Sicilia Hermanos" logo, and I remember that logo from when I was little, like something out of a candy commercial with my grandpa, haha. But seriously, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get a quote from a company that was already installing doors when I was a kid. And they haven't disappointed me.

They deserve 5 stars in this review, and the day I have any problems or need to call the technicians, I'll be back with another review to adjust my rating.

I hope they continue in this vein.

Best regards.

I imagine the doors and locks are good quality, but I don't know.

I went to buy a remote for my building's garage door and they sold it to me. The problem was that, according to my neighbors, they also repaired remotes there, and when I told them I wanted to get my old remote repaired because the buttons weren't working properly, they refused.
According to my neighbors, several of them have already had remotes repaired, so I don't understand why they refused me.

Super professional company. I had a problem with my garage door and they responded quickly. They took care of everything and resolved it satisfactorily. Highly recommended.
