My experience with this place involves framing an embroidery piece. I went to this establishment in early December to drop off an embroidered piece I wanted framed as a gift. I chose the frame, the dimensions, and everything. Two weeks later, when I went to pick it up, I took it home and realized they had framed it crooked, with at least a centimeter difference from one corner to the other. I took it back, and the first thing the saleswoman did was measure it with her finger and say she didn't think it looked bad. She eventually accepted it and told us it would take a while due to the holidays and their workload, which was completely understandable. They called us a month and a half later to pick it up. After explaining that they had taken longer to ensure it was done as well as possible, the first thing they told me was that they were giving it to me that way because the fabric wouldn't stretch any further, even though there was plenty of fabric left over when I brought it in the first time. When I got home, I realized that not only was it still folded, but it was also stained, and some threads had come loose from the embroidery. I emphasized that the embroidery was new, done the day before I took it to the copy shop at a very professional establishment that specializes in this. I'm not going to take it back because it seems like a waste of time, but I'm completely disappointed. It was something very special to me, and now it's become a long and sad story.
