Perfect spot for a sweet break while shopping at the outlet. The café is bright and welcoming, service is friendly, and the menu offers plenty of choice between crêpes and ice cream. My crêpe was so good I forgot to take a photo before finishing it — perfectly cooked and just the way I like it.

The ice cream is as delicious as expected, and the location in the heart of the outlet makes it ideal for a relaxing pause between shops.

Tip: don’t miss the crêpes, they pair perfectly with their classic ice creams.

Very disappointed with the customer service at Ben & Jerry’s. The staff had a bad attitude and seemed uninterested in helping at all. My issue was ignored, and I felt like I was wasting their time. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from such a well-known brand.

We went yesterday, Monday, August 3rd. We had an iced coffee and two milkshakes that were delicious (this didn't surprise us since we were familiar with the brand). What did surprise us, and what motivated me to write this review, was the excellent service we received from the young woman who served us, Maria. Her positive energy, her incredibly friendly smile, and the genuine interest she took in helping us and recommending the right options left us amazed. One of the people I was with works in recruitment at a large company's human resources department, and he completely agreed with us that an employee like Maria is a treasure that needs to be cherished, because she's truly extraordinary. So, congratulations to Maria for making us feel so welcome and to Ben & Jerry's for having such a good eye for recruiting their staff. We will definitely be back.
