Quality of their merchandise is poor. Customer service non existant and not willing to accept back faulty merchandise. Not worth it

We went to buy some knives, and I was quite undecided about which one to choose. Shamim dedicated her time to us, bringing out practically all the knives of the model I liked so we could see them and she helped us choose.
She kindly answered all our questions, demonstrated great knowledge, and was very friendly and approachable. She was also very kind to welcome our dog into the store.
The store benefits immensely from having Shamim. Thank you so, so much for all your help!
