BeOne Fitness & Sport

Me and my family have used the BeOne Rincon since it opened and really enjoy using the facilities here. Most of all, the staff are really great. Always with a welcome smile and greeting, always willing to help and advise and very highly trained and skilled. The group classes are very popular and you need to make a reservation but that is a good indication of how well the classes are delivered. The swimming pools and spa area are used by us a lot and everything is of high quality. Finally, the cafe bar is perfect for meeting friends or relaxing after the gym and is recommended.

Played Padel several times. It's the worse customer service in Malaga area. One time I came 15 minutes earlier. They don't allow to enter. Another time I was with my son. They said that identification is required. After identification they said that I need to pay for him (He just wait me). We had to play in the dark because they didn't turn on light.

A HUGE thank you to the staff for fitness such a pleasure. I have used Gym's all over the world but none as good as BeOne. Facilities are top class, beautifully maintained and immaculately clean particularly the changing rooms which is most unusual. I would also add that if you don't speak particularly good Spanish no problem so a VERY SPECIAL thank for all your help to Silvia, Esperanza & David, five star people, THANK YOU again, John.

Seems to have nice facilities but with zero customer service. If you need to pay for something, ask for something, do something at the front desk, be prepared to wait in a 30 minute queue. One person working at the front desk with zero regard that there are many people waiting in the queue. UPDATE AFTER THE GYM'S REPONSE: I am adding to the review as I see BeOne added an awesome 'copy and paste' response. Why don't you guys hire extra staff at the front desk? You have the money to spend on nice facilities but too cheap to hire extra staff? Why don't you train the staff to decipher from 'quick' inquiries to 'time-consuming inquiries'. For example, 'hey you forgot your bracelet, I'll get you once you're done the workout, you can pass." On the opposite hand, "hi, I realize you're signing up for a gym pass and this is a bit time consuming, do you mind if you hold for one sec while I attend to a guy who is just doing a drop in workout and needs to pay me a few euros in change?" Again, this is NOT a hit at the front desk people directly. This gym reeks of a lack of organization, poor management, and pure cheapness. By the way, have a family member who was a director of a gym, I'm not talking out of my a**. Again, great facilities, just poor administrative policies and organization. I'm offering this review as a means of SUGGESTING to get your guys' act together as it is a nice place.

Very dirty place. Few fitness equipment relative to customers, some of which have been out of order for a long time, and if there is a problem, there is no one to contact. A real disappointment
