I sincerely would recommend Bike One Malaga to anyone. Here is my story. My wife and me have just moved to Spain from Hong Kong and, being living in a very remote place, we absolutely needed a motorcycle. Bike One Malaga was the best website I could find when browsing from Hong Kong so we booked a hotel nearby (Zen Airport Hotel, 10 minutes walk away from the shop) and visited the motorcycle shop. We were truly astonished by the amount of choice and the extremely high quality of the second hand motorcycles on display. We chose a five years old adventure bike with a very low mileage that looked like new and had all the accessories an ATV rider could wish already installed. Now came the difficult part: buying and insuring it so that we could take it to the road, back to our small village, as soon as possible. Esteban, the dealer, doesn't speak English and our Spanish is still very limited to say the least. We had our NIE number and our proof of address ready which is the minimum required in order to purchase many things in Spain. Thanks to Esteban's patience and amability, everything went smooth and easy. Esteban then helped us purchase a full risks insurance which required providing my international driving licence and my passport. We paid for the insurance on the spot and then Esteban directed us to an excellent accessory shop about 15km away so that we could purchase our helmets and protection gear. We returned to Bike One Malaga after a good night sleep and Esteban explained everything about the bike and showed us how to mount and dismount our panniers and topbox. By 10a.m, we were on the road, riding our stallion, with a big smile on our face. Quality, services, speed of action, Esteban's smiles, patience, kindness and good advice had made the whole difficult process of buying a vehicle in Spain a pleasant and easy experience. I therefore would strongly recommend Bike One Malaga if you find yourself in a similar situation. Have a pleasant ride everybody! And again, thank you Esteban, you rule mate!
