The store is amazing! They have a variety of special and very beautiful clothes, shoes and accessories!!! The sales associate was very very kind and even recommended an amazing store for us to check out. It was a very pleasant experience that I highly recommend! 🎀

Edit: I also used the online website and was pleasantly surprised! Sadly the item I ordered wasn’t in stock but the team offered solutions and answered my messages in time. I’ve also received a refund and everything went well!!

I thought about how I bought a local, home-made vest and when I got home I noticed that they didn't even bother to remove the SHEIN tag! Everything Shein and extremely overpriced. Disgusting! Thank you for ruining the experience. They wanted 30 euros.

Online order made on the 4th in the morning, on the 7 I still haven't even received an email confirming the order! The contact form on the website it's not operational and the only contact method is a landline number that nobody picks up. Definitely save yourself the trouble and don't order from this shop! If I would have seen the reviews before I wouldn't have ordered.

Never order online at this place! I ordered 1/5/22 and received my order 9/5/22 in the Netherlands. I sent it back 16/5/22. I didn’t hear anything so I contacted them 25/5/22 because it should already have been delivered there. They told me they would check it. I didn’t hear anything again. So I asked them twice 26/5/22 and 30/5/22. Then they told me it came out of time. This was not possible because it had 8 days to come there in time, so it couldn’t be there out of time, except if they were to late checking the returned items. That is not my problem and they make it your problem. So never order here! Don’t make the same mistake as I did. I also never got any email that my return delivered there so they’re waiting till the moment to say it delivered out of time so they don’t have to give the money back. They’re scammers and do not answer when they say they will check it!

thanks for your response. BUT I have to tell you again, the product I bought at your shop was from SHEIN (as the photo proves). I am sure you have clothes from many brands. But the dress I bought in july was definitley from SHEIN (and super bad quality). Of course I followed the instruction but anyway. Bad quality doesn´t help while washing. The problem here is that my dress is ruined and I am kind of annoyed by your response because of the lie about the brands.

So sadly I still can not recommend this shop again
