To reduce traffic and waste of resources i called the store, which is exactly why the business provides the phone number. i had a few reasonable questions. Reluctantly they asked me to call back 5 minutes later. when I did so, they showed incompetence about vegan paper for watercolor. I asked a question about paints to at least get some information (to know if the trip will be worthwhile), and response was impatient, followed by something like "i can't spend time like that". clearly there were customers in the store, but it doesn't justify the dismissal. why would I go there? to risk being dismissed in person?
if you choose working in a social field learn basic human decency.
Later I called Iberia Art and all my questions were answered in 2,5 minutes , competently and satisfactorily.
