Beautiful store with gorgeous and unique pieces. When researching various stores in Malaga, this one came up and I’m so glad I went. I got this lovely cropped cardigan - each one had a slightly different design so you know you’re getting a one of a kind piece. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in Malaga!

I really love this store! They have an amazing collection and variety of clothes, accessories and shoes. The quality is great and the prices are more than good. I love going shopping there each time I visit Málaga! The sales associates were always very kind and helpful too 🎀🎀🎀

Bought one of these gorgeous bags yesterday. There was a tag inside and I think it is made from a carpet from Sardinia - what a lovely idea and a unique boho purse for summer! They had lots of unique statement pieces - jewelry, dresses, vests, coats, etc.

A few days ago they had 3.4 stars...total scam regarding the reviews on Google. I've ordered something online on a Monday, they've emailed me in a Saturday they don't have the item in stock. And like me many others with horrible stories. Just save yourself the trouble and don't buy from this store.

I’ve just read your response and unfortunately, no, that’s not what happened. Despite the language barrier, the person who assisted me made herself perfectly clear when she told me that I was only getting one paper bag and, especially, when she replied that “this is not a lot of money” after I mentioned the amount I was spending.

When I then asked if I could simply pay for the additional bags, she told me she couldn’t do that because she didn’t know how much they cost. So I don’t believe this can simply be explained as a misunderstanding due to her level of English.

You don’t need to speak fluent English to provide good customer service — kindness, professionalism and respect for customers matter much more.

From the moment I walked into the store, the sales assistant’s attitude was unfriendly and far from welcoming.

I ended up at the checkout with five items, for a total of around €55. At that point, I asked for four simple paper gift bags (I was happy to take the fifth item without one). I was told they couldn’t give me that many. I explained that I genuinely needed them and was even willing to pay for them, but the response was that they didn’t know how much to charge and therefore couldn’t give them to me because gift bags are provided “based on how much you spend.”

I then said that, considering I was spending what I considered to be a significant amount of money, I thought I was entitled to a few gift bags. The reply was: “No, that’s not a lot of money.”

Beyond the issue of the gift bags, what really shocked me was that comment. Who has the arrogance to decide what is or isn’t “a lot of money” for someone else? A sales assistant should treat every customer with respect, without judging the value of their purchase or making them feel inadequate.

The overall impression was one of snobbery, as though working in a trendy, bohemian-style boutique somehow gives people the right to look down on customers and judge them by how much they spend.

In the end, I left all five items at the counter and bought them elsewhere. The products may be lovely, but courtesy and respect should be every business’s real calling card. Fortunately, there are plenty of other shops selling similar products. Good manners, on the other hand, should be found everywhere.
