Originally a village to the south-west, now part of Málaga municipality, sitting between the airport and the foothills. Churriana keeps a recognisable village centre with the Iglesia de San Antonio Abad and the Casa-Museo de Gerald Brenan. The area is bordered by the Guadalhorce river and includes the Jardín Botánico de la Concepción on its northern edge. Easily reached from the airport (under 10 minutes) and from central Málaga by the A-7053 road and Cercanías rail at Aljaima.

I don't have much experience in this discipline, but I've been training for many years, so I can tell you that if you come to this place, you're going to waste your time. Don't expect anyone to teach you, don't expect anyone to pay attention to you, don't expect anyone to explain the exercises properly. The "trainer," who I don't think is qualified to be called that, has no interest in his work beyond looking at his phone and killing time. Of course, the schedules he gives you are fictitious, since you can only go to classes where other people are already signed up, and he has no problem standing you up.
It's a cheap place; for €60 you can go every day. Even so, you're going to throw your money away. I lasted half a month, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
A great, well-equipped gym with friendly staff and a highly experienced coach. I work in the Guadhalorce industrial park, and they've put this gym right near my workplace. Here, I've rediscovered my passion for sports with well-structured classes that offer a challenge every time. Thanks to the flexible schedule, it's ideal if you work nearby, and it's also very affordable!
The instructor is incredibly arrogant and neglects the classes to the point that clients have to listen to his WhatsApp voice messages through the speakerphone, which is playing music. He pays absolutely no attention to his clients. I had a serious injury that I was rehabilitating from, and I asked him if he could give me some adaptation exercises to help me recover... He gave me the same WOD as everyone else. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and to top it all off, he pressures you to buy any CrossFit equipment you need there (and the prices are outrageous). The worst fitness center I've ever been to.
