Densely populated residential district just north-west of the centre, between Carretera de Cádiz and Bailén-Miraflores. It contains the main long-distance bus station, the wholesale food market (Mercado Mayorista), the football stadium La Rosaleda and several large supermarkets. The area is mainly mid-20th-century blocks of flats. Two Metro Málaga lines run through it, and the Cercanías commuter rail stops at Victoria Kent. The district is not a tourist destination but is well-connected to the centre in under 15 minutes.

This morning I went to try it out, as it had been recommended to me, and honestly, the experience was so good that before leaving I signed up to start training with them.
Borja showed me around, and besides being very friendly, he was very attentive to those of us who were there for the first time, showing us how to do each exercise and making sure we didn't get hurt. There was also a great atmosphere, and I really liked how they encouraged each other. My journey into the world of CrossFit begins, and it's going to be with them!
My first taste of CrossFit was at Kowa, where I spent 7 months and it was fabulous. Due to personal reasons, I'm moving to Seville and had to quit. I highly recommend it; it's a clean place with a good atmosphere and great equipment.
Pili, Borja, and Aymen are super professional and have carved out a small space for themselves in my life ❤️ I hope they do great in this new project; they've moved to a huge new box with fabulous facilities!
Kisses to all my teammates! I'll be back, I promise! Thanks for teaching me so much 🥺
I went with a friend to try it out, but they barely paid any attention to us. They don't teach you any technique whatsoever, the guy was super curt and distant, and overall there's no sense of camaraderie in the session like you usually find in CrossFit.
I left feeling like I hadn't accomplished much. It felt like a gym where everyone does their own thing, very different from other boxes where the classes are guided and you leave feeling motivated. Plus, they told us we couldn't make noise because we'd bother the person next to us, and there's absolutely no ventilation. I don't recommend it at all.
Excellent service and attention from the trainers. The classes were well-planned in terms of format and timing, and the equipment was good in both quality and variety. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return when I'm in Malaga.
