We specifically drove all the way from Marbella to purchase a complete hookah setup. At first glance, the shop looks great—beautiful interior and a wide selection of products. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined the experience.

The cashier showed very little interest in helping us. When we were ready to make our purchase, we were told that the hookah could only be paid for in cash. However, just 10 minutes later, we saw the same employee accepting a card payment from another customer. That was both confusing and disappointing.

On top of that, there was no willingness to help us choose the right products. We felt completely ignored, as if our business didn’t matter.

It’s a real shame because the store has so much potential and deserves much better customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as service like this drives customers away.

The product selection is good, but the customer service was a complete failure. We went to buy a high-end hookah, and from the start, the employee gave us random prices that didn't match the ones on the tags. He then started serving customers who arrived after us while we were still waiting, feeling completely ignored. After a while, we realized he simply didn't care about helping us, so we decided to leave. It's a shame, because the store has a good selection, but with service like that, we'll never be back.
