I found Remedios Novias through a Google search while preparing for my wedding in Málaga. Living abroad, I felt overwhelmed trying to find the dress in another country — especially with the language barrier and having to navigate everything alone.
From the start, Reme treated me with genuine care and kindness. Though we spoke different languages, she was patient, understanding, and always had my best interest at heart. We relied on Google Translate, but her warmth and professionalism spoke louder than words.
When the dress arrived, it had a few issues, but Reme handled them with such grace and dedication, and perfected it the way I wanted it. Despite my limited visits to Spain, she always found time for me — even for the final fitting when timing was nearly impossible.
I’m deeply grateful for her compassion, and commitment. She made me feel cared for every step of the way.
