Great little backstreet coffee shop/ breakfast bar . We had Serrano pitufo and tossada con tomate and 2 coffees - less than €8 !!
At busy times there is a sign asking you to leave tables after 30mins - don't know if enforced.
Highly recommended .

Cafetería El Rincón de Morda is a budget-friendly café in Málaga's Distrito Centro serving homemade breakfasts, sandwiches, and coffee. The café offers dine-in and takeaway options with a welcoming atmosphere and is wheelchair accessible.
Málaga's historic core, bounded by the Guadalmedina river to the west, the port to the south and the slopes of Mount Gibralfaro to the east. The district contains the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba fortress, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Centre, plus the main shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios. Inside Distrito Centro sit the well-known sub-areas of Centro Histórico, Soho, La Merced and Lagunillas. The area is almost entirely pedestrianised, served by Metro Atarazanas and the Málaga–Centro Alameda rail station.

Stuff was very friendly and food was great. We had tried a typical pitufo from MÁLAGA 🇪🇸 coffee was very nice either. In the cafeteria there are two three places where you can eat - inside main building when is bar and kitchen, outside and right next door there is another place where are tables to eat and sit 😃 Highly recommend
We come here everyday for breakfast. Everything is perfect. The owners are very nice and patient, the coffee is good, the pitufos (toasted bread) are tasty. Definitely a lovely place to start the day.
I had a lovely experience at this morning cafe. The owners were cooperative and generous. Despite not knowing the language, not once did I feel I couldn’t explain anything that I needed. They were more than patient to try to understand and suggest. The cafe has a rustic charm, blending beautifully into the neighbourhood. The coffee was fantastic. Really appreciate the generosity of the owners and their kindness in serving us and leaving us not only with a satisfied belly full of good and fresh food but also our hearts with a warm experience. Highly recommended this haven in a strange land ✨
