97 total reviewsI find the "service" they provide there shameful. I've been calling for over a month to inquire about grants, and they almost never understand. If I'm lucky enough to speak to someone, they transfer me to a colleague who never answers or hangs up immediately. I wrote several emails, they gave me the WRONG extension, and then the email address of the person in charge seems wrong too because I NEVER received a response. Grants have deadlines, and by not helping those they don't care about, well, that's just how things are... it's like something out of the Third World. It's your job to assist those who are interested; you're not doing them any favors.
