Excellent service from start to finish. We transported a car from Segovia (Spain) to the Frankfurt am Main area (Germany) and back over the 2025/2026 year change. Everything was perfectly on time and well coordinated. Laura and the driver were outstanding! Very professional, reliable, and friendly. Highly recommended. Anytime again!

Highly unprofessional company! No dates of pick up and delivery could be indicated until 48h in advance (not even rough estimates) and then the transport was canceled due to the transportation car being broken (apparently) in the same week car was supposed to be picked up. So very short notice. No process in place on trip planning, uncoordinated communication and confusing messages sent to the customer. Never again!

2 cars, from Marbella to Germany. Unfortunately one car with damage. The driver arrived and it took him 45 minutes to unload the first vehicle because he didn't assess our Benz correctly and it almost hit the rear on the road during unloading. Only after several adjustments did it go well. I then recognized 3 damages, one of which I was sure had not happened before. I wrote on the report that all 3 had to be checked. Not that they were to blame. See the photo, in Spanish. This is what came out: 2 were there before, the third they found no evidence of, then insinuated that I was cheating them and that they wouldn't want to transport any more vehicles from me. I didn't ask them to replace the whole thing, just to pay for the polishing. Because: The damage was not visible on my videos, i.e. before transportation. And they made the excuse that the car was dirty and they therefore had no proof to the contrary. But the vehicle arrived much dirtier and I saw it immediately. Conclusion: No recommendation. I'm stuck with the costs and am allowed to repair the damage. How idiotic can you be not to simply admit that this can happen and pay a few hundred bucks since I already booked another transportation with them? We all make mistakes. Instead, I was accused of fraud. Conclusion: No recommendation, because unprofessional and unsafe unloading and I am left with the damage. Simply bad management.

UPDATE on behalf of their answer:

1. Right, with the rental car and your help it sounds like you did hell of a job but to be honest: I paid for the rental car. It was not for free. Gas was not even full. I gave it full back because I appreciated this. So, nice try.

2. To prevent that the cars get dirty I bought car covers for both cars which where in the trunk and I told you to use them. You didnt.

This company wont take responsibility at all, they just find excuses. Really, if you read this, chose another company. We all make mistakes, all fine, but you should handle this differently. You are lost with them if there are any damages.

Professional and good communicators. The service was done professionally. I would use them again.
