Excellent experience again with CarGest in Málaga. I’m a returning customer and they continue to impress me every time.

This time I received a brand new BMW X1 with only a few kilometers on it — spotless condition, perfectly prepared, and a real pleasure to drive. The car felt premium in every detail and was ideal for exploring the Costa del Sol comfortably.

We’ve rented cars from Cargest several times now and they never disappoint. Beautiful new cars, quick service and genuinely friendly people. Everything is smooth and easy from start to finish. A real standout compared to many other rental companies around Málaga.

My experience with this company was very positive :) It was my first time ever renting a car abroad. I booked a basic Seat Ibiza with full insurance on their website, but I ended up getting a Nissan Qashqai with an automatic transmission and almost full equipment for the same price. Absolutely fantastic.

After making the online reservation, you receive a map showing where their shuttle buses stop, and they take you to the pick-up location. When picking up the car, no one pressures you into buying any extra add-ons — you simply pay for what you ordered. The price is exactly the same as the online one. The car was perfectly clean, and everything worked flawlessly throughout all 11 days of my rental. Returning the car is just a very short distance from the pick-up point, across the intersection.

The drop-off process was very straightforward — the staff member simply checked that the car started and then took it to be washed. A few days later, the hold on my credit card was released and the money was returned. No issues at all.

Based on my personal experience, I can definitely recommend them :)

As someone who is always paranoid about what kind of scam car rental companies will hit you with when returning the car, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and frictionless everything was with Cargest.

We were picked up by the very clearly marked van at Malaga airport and picked up the car fairly quickly.

The car was in excellent state. Very new, clean and everything worked well, including the AC of course. We also got a fairly spacious car for the category, so much appreciated.

I should note that I booked the Premium package which includes comprehensive insurance. Worth every penny considering how easy the return of the car was.

After returning the car, the van promptly took us back to the airport.

One last comment, I had to change my reservation dates due to a change to our trip, and Cargest’s customer service did it promptly after I sent them an email (I did it more than a week before the start date).

All in all, I definitely recommend Cargest. Will surely be using their services again next time.
