Yesterday I received the keys to the house and I couldn't be happier with the service and the house itself. All the workers, from Lorena who showed it to us and sold it, to the crane operators and the technician Adrián and his colleague, were wonderful. The house is even better than it looked in the showroom, meticulously cared for and clean down to the last detail. The brand-new refrigerator is surprisingly large for not being a combination fridge-freezer... everything is perfect. The company itself is 100% recommendable; they are reliable, professional, and offer excellent value.

I also wanted to give a special mention to Adrián, the technician, because as you can see in the photo, the plot was small, and he was determined to preserve the mulberry and almond trees, and especially the orange tree, which we planted ourselves. They had to perform countless maneuvers, pruning the branches one by one to maintain maximum shade (and personal care)... and they succeeded.

BEWARE of these people, be very careful, they're crooks. I invested all my hopes in a house project in Chiclana, I paid them 50% upfront as they asked, and they've disappeared. They're all shameless, they don't answer the phones, they haven't done anything, the staff are just as shameless as the owner. I've filed a lawsuit against them for fraud. BEWARE

Fast, efficient, and they do a fantastic job. A very good company, and I highly recommend it.

The service is excellent at the office, and the houses are very well organized and clean.
