I have taken art classes since a child in the Mijas Art Centre. At present I am enjoying an organic creative ceramic class with our amazing teacher Jessica. The centre is in an amazing location in the main square of Mijas village with great light and views! Highly reccomended!!!

Ceramics - Just started my 3rd winter of classes with Jimena. Completely new to this craft & I’ve already learned so much with Jimena’s support. Lots of fun & laughs along the way. I love the way that my projects often don’t turn out the way I intend but are lovely nonetheless. Seems that the clay knows what it wants to be! The ceramic classes have also re-ignited my love of painting. Now I’m retired I have time to experiment with clay & with paints. I’ve also met some interesting people during classes too.

I had a wonderful experience here with Lol! We had one on one art lessons. She helped me to use my Imagination, let go of being a perfectionist and gave me great advice to finding my own style! Would recommend classes here! Also, it’s in the most quaint mountain village, Mijas Pueblo! It’s a win- win!
