THEY WITHHOLD INFORMATION, THEY DONT INFORM THE PUBLIC OF SERVICES AVAILABLE, THEY DENY SOCIAL RIGHTS, THEY IGNORE REQUESTS FOR APPOINTMENTS, THEY DISCRIMINATE. THEY DONT PROCESS YOUR REQUESTS. YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS NOT SAFE. THEY LIED IN THE INFORME THEY WROTE FOR THE APPLICATION FOR RESIDENCY, WHICH AFFECTED OUR APPLICATION. I want to leave a comment about the security guard named Milagros. She opened the door for me and my 82-year-old grandmother as soon as we walked in.
