I'm having wood therapy sessions and I was already noticing changes after the second session—it's wonderful! Gema is lovely, treats you incredibly well, and is very friendly. I highly recommend both the wood therapy and Gema; I'm delighted.

I've been a client of Gema's since she opened the center. I've had all kinds of treatments with her, and everything has been wonderful. The service, the quality of the products... I had the Detoxbody treatment, and the results are incredible, as are the facial treatments. And I always buy my creams there; she has a diagnostic camera that always pinpoints my needs! A 10 out of 10 for Gema and her professionalism!

(Real Experience – Laser Hair Removal Package Purchased in April 2024)

In April 2024, I purchased a full-body laser hair removal package for men with the promise of treatment "until the hair disappears," for a total of €1,400. Unfortunately, my experience has been very unsatisfactory.

For over a year and a half (13 sessions), the service was irregular and with constant cancellations (at least three for reasons at the center, including closure for vacation and lack of equipment availability). Furthermore, the final sessions lasted half the expected time, and treatment coverage was reduced.

No personal information or progress record was kept, nor was an informed consent form signed, which is basic in this type of procedure. The laser machine was rented from another center, which led to limitations and frequent cancellations.

The results were very poor despite having a type of hair that normally responds well to laser treatment. After 13 sessions, I still have abundant hair in several areas, something that other centers have confirmed is abnormal for this number of sessions.

When I tried to propose a solution or compensation, the response was negative and unprofessional. I even had an appointment canceled right after I expressed my dissatisfaction.

I also had an incident when I requested the official complaint form, which was denied on the grounds that it was not available. The manager even closed the premises before the scheduled time, displaying inappropriate behavior.

I have also learned about other clients with similar experiences, which reinforces that my situation is not an isolated one.

• Unprofessional treatment.
• Constant cancellations and delays.
• Lack of registration, follow-up, and transparency.
• Insufficient results.
• Difficulties in making complaints and no willingness to resolve problems.

I do not recommend this center for laser hair removal treatments. I believe they do not fulfill their promises or meet the minimum standards of professionalism expected in a service of this type.
