It's surprising that you talk about "standards" when your management was a string of irregularities. For the information of other users, this was the reality:
Deceptive advertising: You published a price that the owners had neither agreed to nor were aware of, causing an unjustified price increase afterward.

Lack of technical rigor: The apartment had a lien, and the clauses you call "abnormal" were drafted by a notary and lawyer to legally protect me. It's paradoxical that you criticize me for this when you yourselves sought advice from my notary due to your lack of knowledge on the matter.

Lack of professionalism: The sellers postponed the signing of the preliminary sales agreement twice with absurd excuses. Instead of mediating impartially, your agency focused on pressuring the buyer.

The most serious issue isn't your lack of technical competence, but your lack of courtesy. Receiving audio messages and comments disrespecting my family is something no client should tolerate.
