Got a toothache during vacation.
Called on a saturday and they could take care of me right away. Was in and out in under 15 minutesand got a temp fix so I could finish my vacation without pain. The service was comforting, effective and helpful. Spoke english.

Good morning.
Honestly, I don't know why I waited so long. I trusted Carmen to remove my implant and make new crowns according to her specifications. I was so sure my mouth would improve so much, both aesthetically and comfortably. I was more comfortable with the temporary dentures than with the permanent ones.
But as soon as the teeth arrived, she demanded over the phone that I still owed her, I don't remember exactly, €2,000. She said I had to bring them in because she couldn't continue selling them for €600 each.
She said I had to hand everything over the morning she put the teeth in. And I paid her everything.
My disappointment started immediately. She put them in... my mouth was a mess... and she started the adjustments, filing here, filing there.

And I found my bite was completely changed. My teeth were filed down so much so she could adapt her work.
How badly she treated me, instead of calling a lab and doing a decent job.
I have to adapt to veneers that don't give me any peace of mind or comfort.

And she was so dismissive every time I explained my discomfort.
Her answer was always the same: I had to get used to it.

And I ask her, "Do I have to get used to feeling bad? To the filed-down lower teeth, to my lip reclining a little?"
Her answer:
That she can't do anything about my lip.

I'm the patient, and she made no attempt to improve her work.

The teeth are smaller than they were before.

There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her.

Well, I'd give her the teeth she'd be so proud of.

And I want my money back. She told me it would take at least a year to get used to her.
Well, a year has already passed.
And I know she's no longer at the clinic.
How can she be so calm...?
I haven't had the courage to file a complaint.
I don't know why, maybe out of shyness, or maybe I thought she would accept her poor work.
Anyway, I had hope... and that hope has been realized that she's now left the clinic.

I don't know what responsibility the clinic has in all of this.

But at least they should know that she wasn't professional with me at all. She was just stringing me along... and I trusted her and was frustrated with her work.
I wanted the clinic owners to know, at least.

Highly recommended clinic. Their gynecologist, Sergio Pérez, is a great professional; he explains everything in great detail. I never tire of recommending him to friends, and none of them have a bad word to say about him—he's a delight. And today I went to their esthetician; it was my first time, and the doctor treated me very, very well. She was very patient and explained everything perfectly.

100% kindness and professionalism. Today I was seen at the clinic, without an appointment, for an acute problem. From the very first moment, I was treated with the utmost understanding, and from a professional standpoint, I would rate it as excellent. Thank you!
