I received terrible service from this company. On September 19th, I inquired about the hip size of a dress. Yesterday, the 22nd, they replied that it was generously sized, but they didn't provide the measurements. I contacted them again and asked them to send them to me so I wouldn't make a mistake. They told me they would send them sometime that morning, which they never did. Imagine my surprise when I went online this morning to check the sizes and the dress was no longer available. They caused me to miss out on the dress because they didn't send me the measurements. Then they say companies close down, but it's no wonder with the poor customer service they provide to those of us who are interested in their products. I would not recommend buying from this store, as their customer service is appalling.

I bought a velvet dress and coat, picked up in a store in Malaga. Excellent value for money.

Highly recommended! Although I couldn't keep the item I bought due to the size, the service was spectacular. The dress was beautiful and of good quality. Furthermore, when it came to processing the return, despite a small issue, they resolved it as soon as I contacted the store, and I was able to return it without any problems. I was terribly disappointed not to be able to keep the garment because of the size, but I'm absolutely certain that I'll return to Clouté for future events without hesitation!

I don't recommend it. They guarantee delivery times of 24 to 48 hours, which they don't meet. The dress looks like it does on the website, but once you have it in hand, you can see the poor workmanship. In my case, the sleeves were too short. However, the worst part is that they charge six euros if you want to return the product (in addition to shipping costs), and they don't refund the first-purchase discount either. These practices are of dubious legality. Considering the amount they charge, I don't understand why they send the product in such incredibly cheap packaging—a plastic bag—which could easily damage the order.
