Really impressed with the overall Hotel experience, staff was super friendly great location and a great on-site restaurant with a lovely buffet breakfast which I was invited to for free on the last day which was a nice touch.
They've got some large swimming pools and it's a generally nice environment. I would definitely come again for a cheap and cheerful stay

The apartment was well equipped but a bit dated, and there are quite a few stairs to get around. The location can be tricky, so renting a car is recommended. Some services have extra costs or limited hours, and internet access is quite restricted. We also had small black ants in the room, so it’s worth being careful with food. Housekeeping doesn’t enter during your stay, which can be good or bad depending on your preference. Despite these details, it’s a comfortable place.

Location is good, front desk people friendly. Travelled off season, needed an accommodation for a couple of nights.
Chose the lux class room, but it was not what I was expected at all considering the price level - shortly tired and overpriced. If you like an inflatable mattress type of bed that squeaks with every movement (because no cover mattress) and huge amount of stairs, up and down walking, dark rooms, it might be the place for you. I would recommend to book 1 night first to get the idea, is this your place. Also to read REALLY carefully what is included.

Our stay at Club Marbella - Crown Resorts was extremely disappointing.

If you sleep like the dead and absolutely nothing can wake you up, then this might be the perfect hotel for you. Otherwise, be prepared for constant noise and very poor sound insulation.

The noise starts outside: air conditioning units, kitchen ventilation systems, garage doors — all clearly audible at night. Inside the rooms, it’s even worse. You can hear toilets flushing, taps running, showers, neighbors slamming wardrobe doors, and chairs scraping across the floor (as if basic floor protectors don’t exist). Since some guests go to bed late and others wake up at 6 a.m., uninterrupted sleep is simply impossible.

Housekeeping starts at 8 a.m., moving furniture around and talking loudly in the corridors. Resting here is absolutely impossible.

On top of that, the room quality varies significantly, even though guests pay the same price. Some apartments are clearly better maintained than others, which feels unfair.

Overall, this was not a relaxing stay, and we would not return.

The room had a few minor maintenance issues, but other than that, it was a very nice place to stay for our week exploring the area.
