Coeo Peña Design Apartments

We had an amazing stay at Coeo Apartments Parras. The apartment is new and modern with lots of kitchen appliances and two bathrooms. The view from the balcony - wow, breathtaking! The staff were super helpful and positive, we really felt taken care of. We have already recommended the place to some of our friends, and will definitely recommend to more people! Thank you!

Great location, very helpful staff, very small but well designed apartment. Sadly hot water was very intermittent while we were there but staff tried very hard to resolve and gave us a generous discount and free breakfasts. Storage space limited especially if staying for longer periods. Grater in kitchen would have been appreciated! Also replenishing tea and coffee during cleaning. We frequently missed the replenish trolly at draw down in the evening. There was a bag for dirty laundry but no instructions or prices! We would have been happy to reuse towels but they seemed to be changed every day. This apartment is trying very hard to be very very good and is nearly there.

What a great experience we had staying in Coeo Fresca Apartments in Malaga! Location was extremely central to all the old town, close to restaurants & to sight seeing activities. Service was superb! Breakfast served to the room was such a treat! Cleanliness & customer service were top notch! Would highly recommend a stay & would happily return!

The design apartment is well equipped and located on the edge of Málaga’s Centro Histórico. The surrounding area is still a bit under development; the city center itself is definitely more charming, but everything is easily reachable on foot.

Unfortunately, there were only two small towels and two large bath towels. A third small towel (e.g., for hair) would have been useful. I requested this twice via email, and although it was promised, it was never provided. Communication should definitely be improved here—alternatively, offering three small towels as a standard would make sense.

Aside from that, it’s a good place to stay. Overall, the value for money is good, and I would recommend it.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and found the apartment had everything we needed - the beds (even the sofa bed!) was very comfortable and everything is up to a very high standard. The room was completely quiet. It’s in an amazing location and when we come back to Malaga this is certainly where we will stay!
