Cognisant Hosting

Outstanding hosting and support. From the outset, their approach was consultative rather than transactional. They took the time to properly understand our infrastructure and the specific challenges we face.

No issue feels too small or too complex — everything has been explained clearly, and handled efficiently with patience and depth of technical knowledge. They listen and suggest solutions that feel genuinely tailored to our needs rather than off the shelf.

Instead of simply fixing immediate problems, they have suggested improvements that strengthen performance and security. The level of individual service is exceptional - responsive, proactive, and highly professional.

We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Alli and his team

I am extremely satisfied with Cognisant Hosting! The service is fast, reliable, and professional. The server performance is excellent, and the support team is always quick to respond and highly knowledgeable. I'm especially impressed with the stability and security of their hosting solutions. If you're looking for a reliable hosting partner, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Sorting websites is well outside my comfort zone so the relaxed, friendly and open way they guided me through the creation and publishing of my site was fantastic. At all times I knew they were focused on my outcome not maximising their invoice which for a start up is so refreshing. Highly recommended.

After choosing to use Beds24 for my hotel’s new PMS / booking engine software few years ago, I was in need of a lot of help to assist with set-up. I was fortunate enough to find Ali and his business, Cognisant Hosting, and have been working with them ever since. While the transition to Beds24 has been a big undertaking, it’s been made possible with the extremely knowledgeable helping hand from Ali and staff. Because I'm based in the US, separated by a 6 hour time zone difference from Spain, almost all communication has been through email. With amazing consistency, whenever I email for help, I’m sure to receive a prompt , well thought-out reply. Ali & Cognisant Hosting provide superb & friendly service ! I highly recommend !

Highly recommended. Friendly, professional, quick and efficient.
Always on hand to help with any issues or problems that occur. We were sceptical to change our hosts and web design after using the same copmany for over 25 years. I am so pleased to have made the change, Ali makes everything seem so simple.
