Conforama Malaga

Recently purchased two kitchen bar stools at an amazing price. Great choice of products in every department. Staff were helpful but one young man could've made a little more effort... The others were great

Conforma has a good variety of furniture, from sofas, wardrobes, beds, desks etc. Prices and quality tend to be more reasonable than Ikea, which alot people will like to hear. Customer service is ample and friendly. Overall, I recommend Conforma if you are on a budget and you look for reasonable quality.

I am extremely disappointed with Conforama and their delivery service.

I ordered three beds, a mattress, and several smaller items. Each bed was divided into three separate packages — in total, that meant nine different deliveries. Some were trackable, others arrived randomly — not on the scheduled days and not within the promised time slots. This created constant inconvenience and unnecessary stress.

One of the children’s beds arrived with missing parts and visible defects. I was informed that my case could take up to a month to be reviewed. The adult bed was damaged during delivery — two out of three packages were damaged.

Communication with customer service was extremely slow. Every response took 3–4 days, which is unacceptable when dealing with damaged or incomplete furniture.

The delivery process was even worse. Some packages were left at pickup points far from my home instead of being delivered to my address. I specifically paid for home delivery because I do not have a car and cannot physically collect large 30 kg packages. Large items are ordered with home delivery for a reason.

The courier did not arrive within the indicated time slots, and the system marked me as “not at home,” even though I was there waiting. To receive all these packages, I had to stay home for a week and a half and constantly rearrange my schedule because it was completely unclear what would arrive and when.

For comparison, instead of keeping the adult bed from Conforama, I ordered a different bed from IKEA. The difference was striking. The order was completed within two days and delivered in a single package by one courier, without any problems or unnecessary stress.

This clearly shows that well-organized logistics and respectful customer service are absolutely possible.

Overall, I am shocked by the level of organization, delivery management, and customer service at Conforama.

Save your nerves and choose a more reliable store.

I visited this place to buy a mattress and had to wait for hours to get attended by any staff. They do not have many staffs to assist you. Don't waste your time visiting the store
