The convent around the corner from the church sells wonderful homemade cookies and candies. It helps to support them. Just ring the doorbell if they are open and wait for someone to arrive. We spoke to Sister Elizabeth who also spoke English. Super kind!

The sisters run the place and all proceeds from cake sales etc go to fund the upkeep, nice to see.
Lovely church in Antequera. We come here to buy what we call our 'naughty nun's treats' - traditional biscuits, cakes and sweets made by the sisters and sold through a little window just beyond the convent doors.
