The quality of the printing is excellent. The customer service is extremely disappointing, the wait is excessive, no apology from the dour, no empathy and no smile or welcome.

Excellent experience. The service was fast, professional, and of impeccable quality. Fran was very friendly and always willing to help, taking care of every detail to ensure a perfect result. Without a doubt, a reliable copy shop I will return to.
This establishment is much more than a copy shop. You can make labels, print posters, bookbinding, all kinds of presentations, and even greeting cards, personalized with images, at a very affordable price.
Whenever I need something printing-related, I go to Copicentro, and they help me with the design and give me several options.
The staff is honest and highly professional.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. They don't know how to do their job properly, and then they blame you. On top of that, they're incredibly rude and give bad replies. I don't recommend them at all!
