We celebrated my children's birthday at this venue, and they told me they loved it. The place is very spacious and has everything a child needs to enjoy the day. Both parents and children were very comfortable. We were treated very respectfully, and everything was explained to us very well. The venue exceeded my expectations, so we will definitely be back.

A very good place, very well equipped with everything you need. It has some really big fridges, which is much appreciated. The place is spacious and welcoming, with a wall dedicated to decoration. Mercadona is nearby for any emergencies. The foosball table for adults is a huge hit.
On July 9th, I sent a message to inquire about availability for a birthday celebration in November. I didn't receive a response, so I sent another message on August 28th. As of September 5th, I still haven't received a reply. I believe I've been patient and allowed plenty of time for a response, but I find the service appalling.
It's a shame because the venue seems very nice.
September 14, 2025 - I'm editing this review because I can't submit a new one. I've attached a screenshot of the conversation that proves what I stated. Calling me a liar when I can prove my point only reinforces my belief in the poor service you provide.
