Dental Clinic Medident

Don't be fooled by the high rating, the service here is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. First, there is complete chaos with the appointments. The clinic has automatic deletion of messages in WhatsApp after 24 hours. At the same time, they do NOT send any official confirmation of the visit or reminder. All the details of the appointment simply disappear after 24 hours, and the patient cannot even check what day and time it was booked. It is simply impossible to plan your appointment with such a "service". Secondly, the legal side is a separate absurdity. They send documents to the mail, where it is written in plain text that the clinic is not responsible for anything at all. Moreover, after signing, you do not even have the opportunity to open and view these documents again! Complete lack of transparency and an attempt to hide the conditions under which you signed, absolving yourself of any responsibility for the patient's health. The combination of a disdainful attitude towards the organization of visits and dubious agreements completely destroys trust. I canceled the visit and do not recommend anyone to contact this place. Look for a clinic that respects patients and is responsible for their work.

I have just finished my treatment at Dr Alvaro's dental clinic in Torremolinos. They were very patient with a old lady who has many health problems. My experience with Medident over the last 2 years has been exceptional. The entire staff, from Rocio at reception to Dr. Medina himself, plus every assistant that has treated me, has been thorough, professional and friendly. It has been especially helpful to me, as a part-time resident of Torremolinos from the United States, that Dr. Medina speaks excellent English. I now schedule all of my dental work — from cleanings to implants — with Medident. I highly recommend this office.

I can to the clinic because I had a filling fallout whilst tear on holiday from the UK… The staff are very polite and helpful. The doctor spoke very well English and the dentist. I think I was Anna was excellent. Would recommend to anyone 10/10

I have been to many dental clinics in all Europe, and this one is my favourite one! The whole team is very professional and friendly! The dentists are helpful and attentive to the patients. Precise to the smallest detail, extremely polite and flexible, I definitely recommend the clinic to everyone!
