DeseaHomes

Incredible efficiency, care for clients, exceptional pre and post sale help/services and professionalism from this Duo, David and Rafael. I would highly recommend this estate agency! The majority of the time I was in communication with Rafael. Every query and communication was dealt with extremely professionally and efficiently. We had a few problems with the purchase due to the sells, but throughout the process the communication and honesty shown by Rafael was a truly priceless thing to have. As a foreigner buying a property in Spain with limited Spanish communication skills, his clarity and honesty was truly appreciated. Rafael helped me through every stage, explaining very clearly the situations I was not sure about. Even after the sale of the property, Rafael has given his time to help introduce me to locals in the community that have helped me a lot.. I cannot sing his/their praises enough! Thank you so much!!

Buying a house is very much a matter of trust. DeseaHomes and in particular Rafael was very understanding during the whole process and presented the property very professionally.
After we became the lucky owners of a new house, it was then an easy decision to appoint DeseaHomes as selling agent of our old property.
They are a highly recommended real estate agent in Nerva.

Sea Homes is a perfect company, I bought a house through their real estate agent Rafael and they guided it well! the aftercare is also perfect and we are still in touch, Thank you Rafael and keep it up 👍

Rafael & David went above and beyond!
Helped us to find our dream property. Nothing too much trouble and on hand to help with the whole buying and settling in process.
Excellent project management skills and extremely knowledgeable.
Cannot recommend them enough 😊

David and Rafael were very organised and professional to deal with.
They were supportive throughout the process of purchasing the property and made themselves available afterwards to sort out any minor problems.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend desea homes to others.
