Food came so quick! Super delicious, definitely worth it to try the fried cheese with mango sauce. It is exquisite. Also, the service was delightful. The waiters speak fluent English, and are very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for this amazing experience 🫶

A discreet restaurant a bit further from the popular central streets.

We were initially unsure about entering based on what we saw when we arrived. The restaurant didn’t look busy and only couple of tables were occupied.

It felt very corporate, the lighting was far too bright and there were building materials by the bar.

Based on the reviews we decided to give it a try. The food was actually very good, particularly the tapas.

The two waiters were very friendly but their body odour was too strong and their smell overpowered the area every time they were close to our table. The Manager should really address this issue as it was very off putting.

The price of the food and wine was unbeatable. Excellent quality / price ratio.

Overall it was a nice experience and we would recommend it when looking for a good value restaurant and character isn’t your priority.

Everything was absolutely perfect!
The service, the food, and the atmosphere were all exceptional.

We were warmly welcomed and seated, and the staff helped us with our choices.
The sangria was excellent, and the food was incredibly delicious.

The octopus was astonishingly well prepared — I have never eaten such tender octopus anywhere else. The entire dish was perfectly balanced in terms of flavor and presentation.

We left extremely satisfied and will definitely visit again. I highly recommend this place, and once again, thank you for the professionalism and the high level of service!

Had such a great experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing - delicious tapas with really generous portions and great prices, which made it even better.

The service was just as impressive - Adam and his colleague (sorry we didn’t catch your name!) were both so friendly and welcoming, which really added to the whole experience.

The interior is also lovely, creating a really nice atmosphere to enjoy the meal. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!

My girlfriend & I really fancied a paella & some tapas, so after doing some research online, we decided on Diestro Tapas y Paellas.

It was very highly rated everywhere online & the reviews were accurate!

We had the meatballs in an almond sauce (delicious!), Russian salad (lovely), Papas Arrugadas (massive portion, but very nice), Aubergine with honey (another massive portion, but delicious) & a mixed Paella (quite salty, but I enjoyed it)

The service was good, the restaurant & seating comfortable & the wait time for the food was perfect for our needs.

We went to this restaurant twice on our holiday & enjoyed it both times.

Recommended.
