Disappointed that they refused to take responsibility for dampness damage that occurred after bathroom renovations. They insisted the damage was unrelated to their work, but the truth is, after properly sealing the shower joints, the dampness hasn't returned, and I had to use my home insurance to repair the wall they refused to cover. I would not recommend them at all due to their lack of professionalism.

We ordered an electric water heater from this company, a specific model with particular features. They told us they were processing the order and that it would take about ten days to arrive. The ten-day deadline has passed, but (for one reason or another) the water heater we ordered isn't in stock (or in storage, who knows?). They suggested installing a lower-spec model, which we didn't initially choose and which could have avoided the delay. So, after ten days, we're back where we started: without hot water at home and without the water heater we ordered. It's a real shame.

Of course, we decided to hire other, more reliable professionals for the installation.

I have an industrial warehouse where I spend many hours; it's freezing cold, and I contacted this company because they had been recommended to me previously. The service was excellent and fast. They were very friendly and interested in my products as well. I especially want to highlight the young man they sent, Pablo. Polite and kind, a 10 out of 10 as a person.

We had renovations done, and they handled the plumbing without any problems. The problem arose with the solar water heaters; they started malfunctioning, and after dozens of calls and visits over more than a year, they still haven't fixed it. I had to hire another company to resolve the issue. It's clear they don't know much about plumbing, so I wouldn't recommend them for anything other than plumbing.
