Bought a laptop in A+ state. Turned out not to be A+ and had a faulty keyboard. Received a full refund in about 2 weeks without any issues.
Also added a yellow silicone film - I do not recommend this service since the film is transparent and on a gray laptop it just looks dirty, also it was applied very badly, with air bubbles and dust under the film.
Overall the service was friendly and the refund was made as expected, but I'd prefer to get a product corresponding to the description and not waste my time.
